	Marlon Wayans After graduating from the famed High School of the Performing Arts in New York, Wayans studied at Howard University’s Film School. From there, he headed out west to join the cast of the Emmy Award winning comedy series In Living Color. 	Will Adams Executive Vice President & Director of Business Development With a Masters degree In Fraud Examination and Auditing and seven years of experience in investment banking on Wall Street, Will Adams, a life long friend of Shawn and Marlon, was recruited by Keenen in September of 04’ to assist the family in the expansion of the family brand and business endeavors. To Date Will has secured an ENA (exclusive negotiating agreement) with the city of Oakland for a 70 acre, family owned, water front development in Oakland California. He is also responsible for positioning and negotiating a deal that will give the Wayans Brothers the first ever celebrity branded NASCAR and he is currently spearheading the creation of the Wayans Brothers Comedy Club and Café in Los Angeles California.
